Depending on the shop that the Mud-di product was purchased, majority of shops have a 30 day return policy.  Majority of shops return products with no hesitations within 30 days.  With the few that have lesser or no return policy, returns and refunds are then done by Mud-di depending on the circumstances. 

 

 

 

What If A Mud-di Product Becomes Defective?

 

Depending on the circumstances, the majority of shops will replace/refund products that were defective due to the manufacturer.
